Flexion

Flexion stands for the momentum of the company, for the flexibility of its instruments and for the quality of the company. It was designed by Thomas Kuby for the inauguration of the GTZ headquarters in Eschborn. This work of art is a high-tech product at the limits of what is technically feasible. The shape, that derives from the branch fork of a beech tree, was designed and calculated using modern 3D software, cast in stainless steel and milled in one piece. The mathematically defined surfaces and edges have -as far as is known- not been realized in this size.
